Moisture Pencil
What is it?

Tips for Use
- For the body and face, draw in circular motion over dry areas and smudge with clean fingers.
- For lips, draw on lips as a base and use lip color top top. Draw along outside of lip line to soften lines, hydrate, and prevent color bleeding.
